Cons: Hosting & transaction fees can get costly for scales stores, Lack of niche ecommerce features compared to advanced platforms.

Overall: MarketStudio provides an easy way for small businesses to launch ecommerce sites. But scaling stores face high fees & including business experiences requires migrating to other platforms.

Pros: Company and folks are always very helpful. We have cut our price book efforts by up to 75% with using QS software and support. Great product and people.

Cons: I really do not have any thing poor to say about product or people at QS. The only issue we have experienced is they can be slow to provide invoices for serves they have performed.

Overall: Overall the product and company are great to use and work with. We publish a price book of our products every 6 months. The folks at QS are easy to work with and provide fast and detailed results.

Pros: Having the ability to automate the process of spec sheets, price lists, and custom spreadsheets is such a time saver! This process went from weeks to days.

Cons: Online data entry can be a bit clumsy. But, using export and import functions help to streamline process.

Overall: Because we had a very complicated product line, the set up and customization was a very lengthy process. However, the team at Questudio was amazing. They worked hand and hand with me on solving our complicated customization. they were always focused on making sure the system would do what we required. Very impressed with their ability to come up with solutions.

Overall: Questudio's software gave our company a central place to store and access information available to both our customers and vendors. This not only saved us time but developed into a key marketing and relationship tool. The Questudio team listens intently to our needs and works diligently to execute on them in a timely manner. Their support is outstanding with responses within 24 hours. We are very satisfied with Questudio and continue to develop enhancements with them.

Pros: MarketStudio (formerly CatalogStudio) was easy to configure and load. Support was great; any time we reported a technical issue we received a response in less than a business day, usually in a few hours. The support team is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Cons: Performance could sometimes be slow, particularly when large amounts of data are loaded. It is missing some advanced features compared to more expensive PIM solutions, but new features are being added with every release. If you have specific features you require, I would recommend getting a demo to make sure it has them all.

Overall: MarketStudio is not a perfect PIM, but it is powerful and easy to get started with. If you run into trouble, their support will get you going. Our company was able to get into Ecommerce thanks in large part to the MarketStudio PIM.
