Pros: Creative persona's, safe to share, loads of useful content, engaging survey format, relatively short.
Cons: More clear "shadow side" would be helpful, unclear how to use to track progress or growth.
Overall: Overall very positive and have recommended many times. I enjoy the value of using this in groups as a tool to learn about themselves and their peers.

Pros: 1. Easy to implement and roll out.
2. Works like "magic" to provide you inputs on team members' traits and processes to communicate.
3. Enables better communication.Cons: 1. Wish more people used it and were a global standard.
2. Had plugins to emails and business interaction software.Overall: Managing teams and aligning cultures is difficult. Without Humantelligence you are beholden to expensive consultants and HR to provide inputs to managers. Humantelligence makes the process easy, automated and effective.

Talent fit is a great tool to hire the best people for a team.Cons: From time to time some links appear broken. However just reloading pages are the solution needed.

Pros: It's an easy and intuitive tool for all, no extra effort is required. Delivers quality information for all, personally, as a team, and as a company. There's no room to misunderstand the data. It creates a safe space for everyone to talk about themselves and find solutions to their struggles. All members might receive feedback, meaning there's no hiding data.
Cons: Finding still some resistance from teams to believe that it's so simple and so profound. They aren't used to the simplicity of the software.
Overall: Moving from a state of being to a state of action that fosters a mutual commitment that creates more efficiency in a changing environment. Alignment between all the departments getting them to know their culture and the company culture which fosters a smooth and continuous engagement for all. Follow-up sessions with clear and measurable information that gives a constant framework for all.
