"Amazing piece of Software that does not work well." Posted 2022-04-29
Pros: It's visually impressive, you can self host. Modern clean interface that is how I imagine software should be like.
Cons: Constantly failing updates, Failed backups, Great customer service with no resolution of any problem, Tickets being closed without a resolution. Crippled without the double entry app requiring a subscription. Self hosting means you go it alone and sit for month and months with no solution to a problem that an update created.
Overall: Very, very poor in ultimately time and money expensive. I actually now use paper and pen for my small business.
