"Great capacity to convert files of all types." Posted 2022-03-02
Pros: Adobe Acrobat is one of the main platforms that we use for editing, reading and reviewing the various PDF files that we receive in our company every day. For us, this platform is very important since it fulfills the function of editing PDF files, something that almost no software can do. One of the things that I liked the most are:
- I love being able to modify any type of text in Adobe Acrobat. This software allows me to modify the text, fonts and images that the various PDF files have without any type of limit.
- I really like the way I can sign files that I am editing in Adobe Acrobat. It allows me to make signatures for all types of sheets, in addition, the signature is blocked so that it cannot be altered by any source. This signature system helps me a lot because in our real estate company, it allows us to send these contracts with digital signatures, so that clients can complete the contract just by placing their signature, without having to do anything else.
- I love the way I can lock the editing of a PDF document. When I want no one to modify the content of a PDF file, a contract or a sheet with our signature, we can block it using Acrobat, to avoid all kinds of alterations and problems with clients.
- It's amazing how I can convert almost anything to PDF, such as word, excel or powerpoint files, I can convert everything to PDF in just a few seconds with the help of Acrobat. I can also do it the other way around, I can convert my PDF files to another type of document.Cons: One of the main problems that I have faced during my experience with Adobe Acrobat were:
- Adobe Acrobat takes a long time to print PDF files. When I send the print request to my printer, it takes a long time to process the PDF images and then print them. This process takes approximately 5-10 minutes but I would like it to happen right away. This is not a factor that affects me exponentially, but I would prefer it to be more optimized, it would be excellent to be able to print more PDFs without having to wait so long.
- Another thing that I have not liked so much about Adobe Acrobat is its free trial. The free trial is quite limited for all users as it only allows about 6 PDF files to be edited, in the free version this is not unlimited. In addition, it does not allow the impressions to be made in the same quality as in the paid version. In my opinion, the free trial should be improved, to encourage more users to access a paid Adobe Acrobat plan.Overall: In our company it has always been necessary to handle PDF files to be able to make contracts, carry out property negotiations and much more. For us, PDF files have become our main method of conducting business, as we can fully draft a contract, place signature formats, and also block editing of the contract, so that we can send it to clients so they can read the contract. with determination. These locked-for-edit PDFs are quite useful to us, it has served us tremendously as our clients do not have the ability to alter the information that is there.

Our clients can see all the contracts thanks to Adobe Acrobat, there is no need to do paperwork and deliver the contracts in person, just do it through Acrobat. -

Pros: I really like being able to edit PDFs. This is a great program for setting up a form and making it fillable. I use this almost everyday to edit and combine PDFs for our church. Easy to use and great, since PDFs are everywhere.
Cons: I would like this as a stand alone program that doesn't require a subscription. Like it used to be.
Overall: Overall this is a great program for editing and combining PDFs. If you use PDFs at all, you should have this program.

"Pdf reader for modern needs" Edited 2022-01-15
Pros: Adobe Acrobat is one stop for all the activities revolving around pdfs. It has the inbuilt function to separate pdf books to individual pdfs and vice versa. Also enables to put e-sign without much hassle.
Cons: Adobe Acrobat has updated a lot since the time I have used, which makes it little to nothing to say against what the software is providing, which is only the best.
Overall: The experience that Adobe Acrobat has given is best as it offers uninterrupted software with facilities that both professionals and students alike use to meet the demands. Printing options has quadrupled which included option to print in odd or Even pages. Amazingly amazing is what I could say.

Pros: * Ability to sign documents
* Ability to edit the actual text of PDFs
* Ability to merge PDFs togetherCons: * Once a document is signed it "locks" it and can create unintended issues
* Annoying process to download (have to download the creative cloud app first)Overall: Overall a useful PDF tool that offers more functionality that the standard PDF viewer on my MacBook, though is a bit costly and you have to pay for the license for the year.

"The standard PDF reader" Posted 2021-11-15
Pros: The standard PDF reader for over 2 decades. As one of the OG creators of editable documents, Adobe continues to do a brilliant job.
Cons: PDF Forms are glitchy and several features which we take for granted on competitor products are paid-only in Acrobat.
Overall: Go-to choice for virtually everyone across the world. Adobe continues to do a brilliant job on keeping this software updated.

"Why did we wait so long?" Posted 2021-11-12
Pros: The ability and ease to create PDF agreements, Forms and other business documents that we need to get signed by our clients and vendors and have this all handled through one software is incredible. Why did we wait to upgrade from the free reader for so long.
Cons: None at this time. Acrobat has always been our go to PDF reader, but now we have more options with the paid subscription of DC.
Overall: Overall the product is great as a basic PDF viewer but when you start using the more advanced features it has been a time saver of going back and forth between Microsoft Word to update documents and converting them.

"Adobe Acrobat DC a worthy software" Posted 2021-10-01
Pros: It has extremely strong usefulness and is easy to use. Regardless of whether it's altering records, making structures, or joining documents, the product is exceptionally natural to utilize. Additionally, it rushes to set up has a sensible cost. Our business for the most part manages advanced reports, and this product has made archive the board significantly simpler.
Cons: What i don't care for about Acrobat DC is the way that you can not utilize it without sign in with a web association, and some of the time, there is no wifi accessible, so I need to interface sharing the web of my cellphone.
Overall: Overall it's a good software, i recommend you to give it a try. You need to pay for this variant of Adobe, and you can not alter documents on the off chance that you have not. The present moment I am utilizing it to send secure agreement data and monetary data. This is as yet the best arrangement.

"Easy to use, a little pricey" Posted 2021-09-07
Pros: After updating to the monthly subscription version, I found the app very easy to use, and I rarely had problems using it. It worked seamlessly across devices, which was very helpful when switching from laptop to desktop to phone. I loved the features like blacking out data, combining pdfs, and reorganizing/removing pages. These features were really useful for our business.
Cons: Now that I do not need to use Adobe as often, and I don't need all of the features, I find it hard to justify the 14.99/mo price point. I would like to see multiple versions of Adobe Acrobat DC with maybe a 4.99/mo price option for some but not all of the features.
Overall: Overall, the app is great, and the price seems justifiable when you are using it regularly. I do think there is a massive difference between the free version and the subscription, and it would be nice if there was a middle grade option.

"Best in PDF editing" Posted 2021-08-27
Pros: When it comes to the difficult task of editing PDFs, there is no program I'd rather turn to to help create, edit, and sign. It holds nothing back.
Cons: The program can be laggy and slow, and the text boxes can be uncooperative on editing. I've found this in all programs I've used, however.
Overall: It is not a perfect program, but nothing on the market is. When I need to work with PDF files, this is still my go-to and what I suggest to everyone else looking to utilize an app.

Pros: Intuitive tools and options for editing PDFs, rearranging and adding pages, adding text fields, etc. Super easy to navigate, the user interface is great.
Cons: It's a little confusing to export as a fillable PDF - it's pretty hidden behind/under some random export settings that took me an embarrassingly long time to finally remember.
Overall: Acrobat is my go-to for quickly editing or assembling PDFs. Working in marketing, I often need to string together multiple separate PDFs and then make them all e-fillable - such a breeze in Acrobat.
