See as a teacher i am uploading PDF format 2-3 pages question paper on exam.net. And students joining from exam.net (already installed SEB / Exam.net app on MAC & SEB latest version 3.2 & 3.1) which work fine till last week. But today students not able to scroll down the question paper on windows based computer. On mac we didn't get any issue.
I hope above mentioned details elaborate the issue.

You have to ask exam.net for help. We're only responsible for the SEB software itself, all questions to particular examination/testing software/platforms must be directed to the providers of those.

They know their software, they have to solve the issue (and can ask us for help to solve the issue in exam.net when using SEB).
