#119 biochemical process model
model in which pools of biochemical species are transformed into other pools, whether by conversion or transport. Each transformation is an independent process. The evolution of each pool is driven by the combination of all processes consumming or producing it.

NB: We should probably have a "process model" node, which for the process models that are not biochemical. E.g. modeling blood flow etc. (without even talking about models outside biology) Synonyms: compartment model, bathtub model
